Nick Pham began his real estate career in 2001.  Prior to becoming a full-time Broker/Realtor, he spent 12+ years of his professional career in the High-Tech industry, from startup to Fortune 500 companies, holding various positions in Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Management.

He has helped many families, investors across Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Marin counties and beyond the Bay Area over the years.

In addition to being a full-time Broker/Realtor, Nick has always been an active contributing member in the community - serving as a Chairman of the School Site Council, Chairman of the Evergreen School District Advisory Committee, PTA Member, West Coast Aquatics Swim Team Parent/Volunteer.  A true, lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Nick is a graduate from Mountain View H.S. and San Jose State University, a devoted father, and is also bilingual in English-Vietnamese.

He is a member of several professional associations including the Santa Clara Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), the Bay East Association of Realtors (BEAOR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  He is also a committee member of the MLSListings Advisory Group (MLSAG). He is currently serving as a CAR Director.  As the past Executive Board of Diretor and the current President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Silicon Valley Chapter, Nick believes that he is presented with a great opportunity to work together with community leaders and professionals to help homeowners in this dynamic market.
